What font editor are you using? In the ones I've worked in, you can just draw oldstyle glyphs in the /one, /two, /three, etc. slots, then furnish lining figures with the appropriate suffixes.3 -

My impulse would be that those more "linear" operators could be monoline but those ones in your parentheses, esp. those deriving from Greek caps, should have contrast.1 -

Conceptually, it might be useful to establish for yourself whether this is intended to be: * blobby shapes assembling themselves into letters, or * "normal" letters decomposing into blobby …1
